I am a kindergarten teacher, working on packing healthy, interesting lunches. After eating school hot lunch for the first 2 years of my teaching career, I'm moving on up to (very simple) bento making!

Meat-Free Friday
It's Lent, so here is my meat-free meal for tomorrow:
Classic natural peanut butter and grape jelly on whole wheat-white bread, simply fruit roll, wheat crackers, cheddar cheese spread, granola, pudding, applesauce, juice.
